About Us We are a warm and welcoming family looking for a fun, caring, and reliable Nanny for our two lovely boys, aged 1 year and 2 1/2 years old. Our family values good manners, allows limited TV time and has a large garden where the boys love to explore and play. We aim to eat healthily, although we do enjoy the odd treat including occasional baking sessions like making cupcakes. We also have two lovely Cavachon dogs who are very much part of our family. We live in the heart of Bordon, within walking distance of playgrounds, forests, shops, a leisure center, and community centers with playgroups. If you are enthusiastic about nurturing and supporting our children in a loving environment, we would love to hear from you! Our Childcare Requirements Schedule: Preferred Days - Monday, Tuesday, and Friday OR Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (please still get in touch if you are looking for other days) Hours - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Your Responsibilities: - Provide caring and attentive care to our boys - Engage the boys in learning through play and activities - Attend local playgroups to maximize socialization - Prepare meals for the boys - Help keep the open-plan kitchen and family room tidy Ideal Additions but not Deal Breakers: - Additional help around the house, such as laundry and vacuuming - Food shopping - Speaking German and/or supporting the boys with their bilingual language development Payment and Administration: We have researched the best payment methods and understand it is most beneficial to agree on an hourly Gross rate. We will handle all administrative matters, including payment to HMRC, pension, sick pay, payslips, etc. Both mum and dad occasionally work from home, which we love as it will allow us to see the boys during some lunch times or possibly between calls/meetings, unless you are out and about with them :) If you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask.
