Summer Babysitting Jobs in Solihull

We are looking for someone to take my daughter to school and back one day a week. It is likely to be a Tuesday. This is due to a new job where I have to be in the office that day. Other ad-hoc days may be requested, if the person is available and happy to, if there are early/late meetings I have to attend. Times for morning are likely to be approx. 8.30-9.15 (this can be up to 9.40 on the very odd occasion). Times for after school are likely to be approx. 3.15-4.00, up to 4.30 if she wants to play outside longer). My husband will be at home to help with morning routine, and can accompany to school sometimes if needed. Morning tasks likely to include dancing or doing other physical activity/movement with her, helping her get dressed, giving positive encouragement. Then driving her to school 5 minutes away, taking her in and handing over to staff. After school tasks will be collecting her from school, then perhaps going for a little walk, finding sticks, playing hide and seek etc. My daughter has Downs syndrome. She is a funny, entertaining, kind girl, who sometimes experiences challenges due to her disability. She is an outdoor loving girl, enjoys exploring, dancing, role play. If you have SEND experience that would be great, but not vital. We are looking for someone who is caring, patient, understanding, likes playing, and can go with the flow. Ideally you will have your own car. There may also be some adhoc PA type help plus evening or weekend babysitting work at some point if we find someone she gets along with, plus household help if that's of interest.
