Good Morning, Myself and my husband are in need of a very flexible, caring loving and nurturing childcare provider to look after two gorgeous little boys when we are on evening or weekend shifts. I will have my rota one month in advance and the role will always include one weekend day each week but this will change according to my rota. This will not be every evening it will be two or three days during the week and one weekend day. On average, this maybe more some weeks and less others but it will average out.
