Starting late August until September 20th or so, we are looking for a part-time babysitter for our 9 month old son. Some relevant details: 1. The babysitter should drive/have a car and/or have someone who can drop them off/pick them up, as the nearest train station is 15 min away by car and there is no bus/other public transport from the station to our home. 2. Our son is BIG for his age. :) So, the babysitter MUST be physically strong and comfortable moving around a very heavy baby all day. 3. I work remotely, so I may be around some of the time, or other times I may be either a) traveling or b) working from somewhere else (i.e. a coffee shop). I really would love to be able to just focus on work though (the objective of hiring a babysitter), so I will happily just close myself off in the bedroom and not bother you two. :) 4. We would like 3-4 days a week, probably from 8am - 3pm or 9am - 4pm or similar. 6. Baby's schedule looks something like this: 7:00 wake, change nappy, get dressed 7:30 breakfast (solids). We usually spoon feed him a portion, then let him "feed himself" a few finger foods afterwards 8:00 playtime/free time (can take walks along the footpaths, we have an amazing hiking backpack for him and/or off-road stroller) 9:15 get ready for morning nap, give bottle in bed 9:30 morning nap 10:15 wake up, change nappy 10:20 playtime/free time 11:15 lunch (solids). See note above 11:45 playtime/free time 12:15 get ready for midday nap, give bottle in bed 12:30 midday nap 14:30 wake up, change nappy 14:35 playtime/free time 17:00 dinner (solids). See note above 18:00 bath 18:30 get ready for night sleep, give bottle in bed 19:00 night sleep 6. We would love the babysitter to have previous baby experience (ideally around the age of my baby (9 months)) + infant CPR course/certificate.
