Babysitting Jobs in Knutsford

We live in Knutsford WA16 and need help looking after our child. I work full-time from home as a Digital Product Designer. My partner is away a lot as a music teacher during day and does a lot of gigs in the evenings too so I need a bit of help. I went back to work when bubs was 7weeks old and have been juggling ever since. Basically I am looking for someone who can babysit in the evenings on the rare nights me and my partner can arrange to go out… but also I am looking for help during the weekday for a few hours sometimes when the workload and meetings are just insane. Particularly on a Wednesday 11-2pm. Some light household cleaning such as sterilising her bottles and just keeping the carpet clean downstairs for when shes trundling around in her walker. I would really like someone who understands the way in which we want to bring Mae up. That means - montessori play, learning and development - No phones / ipads to be used around her - No processed/high concentrated or added sugar foods. - She is also to never drink tap water, our tap water has never looked good so we don't drink it ourselves and certainly wont give her any. We would like someone who understands these things and wont bend the rules for favour / ease. Thankyou!
