Hiya, We have a 'normal' 6yo boy. Both parents work, so we are looking for someone to do school pickup and look after him till our return. Pickup 1600 till 1800. Every Thursday in term time. Starting in January. The school is about a 10min walk from our house. He would go to after school club. It would involve pick-up, which can be walking to the school, or parking and driving back if preferred. Play. Preparing dinner, which can be as complex as you like, as he has a cooked lunch. Further play. He can be pretty self sufficient after a long day at school, enjoying drawing, puzzles, art, crafts etc. Looks of imaginative play, little world. He has various friends to do play dates with. He does also like outdoors - the park is nearby, biking goes in and out of fashion. If own car go anywhere you like, beach, Poole Park, etc. Dependent on setup we could offer out care to classmates [not mentioned yet]. Cat in house. We have a small dog, who may be about if we are. Both of us occasionally work from home. So far he has been going to Nursery, but as now in Yr1, we wanted to try to something different, to enable him to go to after school clubs. If this worked, we may look to expand it. We are pretty flexible- on most things but the pickup time!
