We live in Westgate-On-Sea, in Thanet. Every Wednesday, in order to accommodate my eldest son’s special needs (he has autism) we go to Folkestone for 6 hours. During this time I cannot leave Lady at home alone, however I would also prefer it if Lady could cone to your house, as I am uncomfortable with someone who is not a close relative being in my house due to past experiences. I hope this is understandable. Lady takes a little bit to warm up to others, but once she does, she is a sweetheart. You may take her for walks, however she will need to be kept a close eye on and held tightly on the leash as she still has some reactivity issues with other dogs from her last owners, and she will lunge/bark at other dogs. Overall, Lady is a big softie with humans.

Responsible cleaner in Margate CT9 wanted. We are looking for 3 hours help per week as our existing cleaner of the last few years is getting close to retirement age sadly. We would like doing; > hoovering & steam cleaning (1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 bedroom and hall/stairs); > kitchen clean including dishwasher unstack/stack; > 1 bed changing; (most, but not every week) > hanging out one load of washing (indoors rack); > ironing ~15 pieces per week; > clean the bathroom; including lifting the loo seat off; > spotting and dusting for cobwebs; > collecting small bins and emptying to the big one; > taking the recycling out; > once a quarter, window cleans (inside). We have a bigger house, but these are the areas used and requiring cleaning. Once in a while, we may rotate the areas but would not expect you to do everything in one visit. Full transparency; one of us has too much stuff, but this is limited to a specific part of the home. The other parts of the home unaffected by the excess stuff are a dining room (infrequently used), a second bathroom (ditto), a guest room (used for storage), and two offices (we clean these ourselves mostly). A critical requirement is to complete a PCR Covid home test on the doorstep, (which takes 35m to process) for which your time will be paid. You can wait in the garden with a warm tea/coffee, or in your car. If you would turn up unwell yourself, this is not the job for you, sorry. We are: two adults, both work full time, 1 full time from home, 1 intermittently, 1 long term unwell & very immune-suppressed. We have two housetrained old cats, and a 3 year old medium dog who will love you but tries to murder the postman. Because the dog is reactive to men, we are looking for a female cleaner only. Lastly; we are a neurodivergent household which means we are a bit specific on some things, but the list is short and not growing; and we are nice people.
