Special Needs Care in West St Paul

| I am a mom to 4 kids, 24, 18 and 10 year old twins. Non smoker. I have my first aid/cpr, expires in 2019. I am currently in process of updating my background check and child abuse as they were done in January. I am currently a part time nanny for a little 15 month old girl. I also work in an office setting part time. I previously worked in a nursery program with 2 special needs children. 1 has autism and other one was not diagnosed but had developmental delays. Prior to that I worked with a family as a nanny of twins from age of 2 months old. 1 boy, 1 girl. The little boy has Down syndrome. I followed him into his daycare at 15 months old as his inclusion worker. I also currently casually work for a service as a sitter and/or nanny when my schedule allows for it. I have done a lot of research/reading and some online courses in child development, brain development, adhd, autism, Down syndrome.
