Here is a little bit about my work history in this field: I have more then 5 years experience helping the elderly. Before I was hired by the CLSC I was volunteering around the Hungarian Old folks home helping where I could. In the last 5 years I was hired by the CLSC to take care of an elderly couple, that ended up being my grandparents. I was in charge of their hygiene care, food prep, grocery & medication orders, making as well as driving them and attending their appointments. I have experience changing diapers, and their positions in bed, helping them with strength exercises, and helping with everyday mobility needs. These are just a few things I have helped with, with many more to mention.
