Child Care in New Hamburg

| As someone who comes from a large family, I have almost always been around and caring for children - from newborn to preteen. I officially have experience in childcare for the past 8 or so years. I love getting down and playing with kids of all ages, allowing their imaginations to run free (within reason, of course). I will gladly do light housekeeping - kitchen clean up, tidying, etc. - and I am more than comfortable preparing meals for most diets. I also love all animals, except spiders, so pets are no problem. I am an undergrad student at Laurier and am currently studying Child and Youth Studies via online courses to maximize my availability. I am also willing and able to help with any homework your child may have. Additionally, I have my certifications in First Aid & CPR, as well as Food Handling. I can't wait to meet your little ones!

| I am fun and loving easy going understanding but firm. I am the boss with helpful suggestions from the little ones. I have current cpr, childcare safety, mental health and awareness, medical office assistant so I am familiar with administration of needles as in diabetic or epi pen. Also I had my own home daycare for over 10 years. All the while I learn from the children becoming their own person and they learn from play, activities hands on and watch or read, stay active and brains grow feed our up and comming youth with knowledge, self esteem and independence.

| I attended Fanshawe’s Child and Youth Care co-op program. I have 2 years of co-op experience in the field. I am great with kids, and love spending time with them. I have grown up being a baby sitter for families around my area.
