I’ve been with my current family for more than 2 years full-time now. However, their littlest has started school this year, so we’ve entered a transition period where childcare is not needed as often. I am still with them for the full day a couple days a week, and some half days, depending on need. My main roles there now are more housekeeping and errands so my hours are usually super flexible.
