Hi! I'm Meaghyn, a full-time, live-out nanny or in-home daycare provider in Cobourg, Ontario looking for the perfectly family to work with. I am currently studying psychology at Trent and plan to specialize and do research on child development during my masters. Working with children is a passion I realized after becoming a mother. I love to do crafts, bake, sing songs, read, and create exciting sensory play activities that aid in development. I especially like to teach children through scaffolding or building on their personal interests in order to teach new things. I love visits to centre, the library, and the forest. I am certified in CPR and WHMIS, I have my Food Handlers certificate and a vulnerable sector police check. I have some daycare experience and last summer I was selected to receive special training through a pilot program run by the county.
