I am currently at Western University and with my schedule I am mostly available afternoons and evenings. As the oldest child in my family, I have had experience babysitting siblings and children of family friends. Later on I had a tutoring program where I would teach students french, math, science, english etc. I then became a youth mentor in high school, where I helped coach an elementary robotics team. I continued with my tutoring program, but this time extending it to high school students helping with more advanced classes such as biology and chemistry. Then in the summer between grade 12 and university I worked a threeway job as an aquafit instructor, lifeguard, and assistant director at a kids summer camp. As assistant director I would receive the schedule from the director and then carry out all the activities with the kids. This would include many gym activities, swimming, arts and crafts, baking, field trips, etc. I would also babysit and tutor a family friend's son (age 5) and stay with him while his mom was at work. All this experience is very important to me, for my future goals of working in pediatrics.
