I am currently a student entering the second year of my undergraduate studies this Fall of 2019 at the University of Western Ontario. My schedule for the upcoming terms has given me 4 days of availability a week (Thursday through Sunday). I also have availability after 7pm through Monday and Wednesday. I have taught at Mansfield Ski Club as an certified instructor for the past 4 winter seasons. At Mansfield I taught children and teens aged 2 to 16 and worked with infants (aged 2 and under) within the Mansfield Daycare Facility. I further have a few years of babysitting experience that I gained throughout high school. I also have many years of experience participating in my church community as a leader to the young members of our Sunday School Programme. This summer of 2019 I am working for the City of Toronto as a camp counselor at a local community school where I strive to gain more experience working and interacting with children and youth. I am CPR C and Emergency First Aid certified as well as High Five PHCD (principles of healthy child development) certified. I am excited to take these experiences and apply them to my future encounters as a child caregiver to impart a positive, healthy, safe, and efficient experience.
