Hello, we have kids Coding School at Spadina/Fort York and We are seeking someone who can teach our Coding classes for our after-school program. Our classes consist of 5 to 14 years kids, and class sizes vary depending on the day, number of students can be up to 12 students (We have classes on Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs evenings and the whole day on Sat) We are looking for a teacher who can teach Kids Coding classes. knowledge of coding would be a great asset. Job Type: Part-time (Negotiable) Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour (Based on experience) Expected hours: 16 hours per week (Negotiable) Roles and Responsibilities: *Help create and implement a weekly class schedule *Responsible for instructing a Coding or STEM program to a group of 5-12 kids. *Assist in the supervision of campers and ensure camper safety at all times. *Organize and lead a variety of class activities each week. (Activities may include STEAM-based crafts, coding computer games/animations, and indoor or outdoor games.) *Prep materials and assist in set-up/clean-up. *Communicate with the Team about any concerns. *Help maintain accurate camp records *Report and inform the director of any issues, and help identify ways to improve camp operations.
