Looking for a full-time special needs educator for my 11 year old son with autism.

Hi! We are looking for some family support. We are seeking someone who has experience working with children with autism. We have a 11 year old son with ASD.
We are looking more for a social companion than an educator, to help with sports, physical activities, bowling, outings and so on. We are looking for someone first and foremost with GOOD energy and a lot of it! Someone who enjoys teaching and learning from children with ASD, patience, compassion, a good sense of humor, likes to teach, flexible, who has a positive outlook on life and who likes children! We are looking for someone who can speak english.
If you have experience in ABA or any teaching experience, that is a plus, but if you are first and foremost a good person, who is kind, compassionate and willing to learn and adapt, that is more important to us.
The following is an idea of what kind of help we would require:
-Pick up my son from school 3x a week
- Support outings such as going to the mall, restaurants, movies and so on.
-Support with play groups and what he is learning at school
- Some extra learning activities at home. He is very smart and has the ability to learn more complex academic concepts.
-Some occasional babysitting that would range from a few days up to a week, if we need to go out of town.
- Someone to come on vacation with us, even if it’s for half the time, or the whole time.
The hours would vary between 20-25 hours a week to 40+ hours a week depending on summer holidays, vacations and so on. It’s more of a part-time position for afternoons and weekends with 6-7 full time weeks out of the year. But we can compromise on a schedule that suits everyone's needs.
$375 - $48320 Hr. / Week

The ideal candidate would have experience in special needs education and care. We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, fun, devoted and flexible person. The candidate would be able to meet our daughter at home after school and organize a fun schedule, plan a physical activity to get her moving, have structured play, go to the park, bring her to visit places, read and art time with her at home. Bring her also to her music class on Tuesdays etc.. Occasional evenings could be added if available.
Our daughter is very sweet, loving and soft and requires someone that wants to help her in her success path. She works hard and loves plans and to get around and discover environments while having a good time.
The ideal candidate would have a car and speak very good English (French a bonus). If no car, its not a problem since we are close to many things!
We need someone who is organized, energetic and enterprising. Someone who is engaged with our daughter, loves life and motivated by her successes!
We also need someone who is flexible and could sometime do more hours.
The person must be comfortable around dogs -sweet Goldendoodles!

I am the owner of Westmount Music Therapy, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable working with individuals with autism. This student has a history of aggressive outbursts (never personal) stemming from chronic pain. We are looking to fill his day with activities that bring him joy, such as swimming, sensory rooms...
This person needs to have a valid drivers license, can swim, is confident in non-violent-crisis-intervention (NVCI) or similar, has a child-centred approach, can remain calm in crisis, can be flexible with lesson plans. It is vital that this person has experience working with children with autism who present with aggressive behaviour.
You will be trained to his specific needs, wants and demands. We will set you up for success. We are looking someone to be available 5 days a week. Mondays and Fridays: 9-3. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 9-12.
