I would require the person to pick up from school. Take care of her until parents finish work, house work, occasional meal prep.

Our son is a gentle and polite and soft spoken young man. He has a thought disorder around eating very healthy vegan foods, and the healing power of crystals, and the dangers of electro-magnetic radiation. He is like a hippie, but carried to an extreme. He is now on medication and it is helping him a lot. He was hard to be around before, and was homeless for a while. During that time he got into trouble with the police, for breaking into a church to sleep, one cold night. Now we have him at home again, but the police says someone always needs to be with him. We are fine with him at home again, as he is easy to be with now. But we have jobs and other family commitments and could use help for 6 hours a day. Ideal candidate would like to go for walks with him, or just stay home with him ( we have a nice home in the country ), or go for any outing. He sometimes attends a day program to help him interact better with people. That is in Toronto. An ideal candidate would also help by driving him, or letting him drive, to the appointments. You can use your own car or one of ours.
