Female with Dementia and mobility issues in LTC home requires advocate,daytime protector, personal assistant & companion. Sat, Sun 8:45am-1pm & 4-7pm, Fri 4-7, Every 2nd Wed 4-7. Rest of week covered by others. Some schedule flexibility. Mainly ensure interactions are timely, non stressful, consistent, gentle, caring & follow formal care plan. Socialization, physical activities & exercises, meals, etc. Sometimes supervise & assist transfers from & to wheelchair/bed, check & change briefs, medications, mediate and avoid aggression.
