Hi There! We are a fun-loving family with a 3 year old boy and a 8 year old charming boy and are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, experienced mommy's helper. We are a family of four and looking for a full time helper who is engaging and loving. Along with that is able to be very attentive and communicate well with the family. Flexibility on timing would be a plus as we are busy working parents and sometimes need extended coverage (for extra pay). Job includes * Child care of 2 kids. Both kids go to school/daycare full time so childcare is evening, one weekend day or on sick days. Getting their clothes, snacks ready when they come home. On Weekends, doing activities with both and engaging with them. * Meal preps and light cooking * Tidying up -- this is a big part of the job as we are busy family. Keen eye to clutter and tidying/cleaning up * Organizing of closets * Housekeeping: Laundry, watering plants, cleaning patio, Keeping kitchen clean and clearing out dishwasher * Grocery shopping * Swimming Supervision We are willing to pay $25/hr for 35-40 hours a week for the right fit, positive attitude and professional experience. We are looking for following qualities: * Mature and able to communicate well with the family and can take feedback well. Good observation skills so identify any issues with the kids, home and communicate to parents * Pays attention to hygiene (hand washing etc) * Ability to create a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for the kids * Ability to plan, organize, and multitask with minimal supervision * Experience with kids and demonstrate high level of patience * Knows different stages of a growing family and adapting accordingly. * Most important, fun-loving light hearted personality who can fit in our family We look forward to building a long term relationship with yourself and are excited to meet you! :)
