I am looking for a part-time nanny for a longer term (ideally until both boys are in school) to help care for my little guy (2 year old) and 4.5 year old toddler. Hi there! We are looking for childcare for our 3 kids (two 8 year old boys and a 5 year old girl). We have had the same "nanny" for over 3 years and she has now gone to pursue her career. On average, it's typically for approximately 20 hours per month with an occasion date night throw in. We pay her a flat rate each month and she typically will do a light duty or two (kids laundry, emptying the dishwasher, quick vacuum, ect) but of course this could all be negotiated. Essentially, this is more of a before/after school care arrangement in addition to some Pro-D days. The days/hours vary due to shift work but usually won't go bast 4:00 PM at the latest. The schedule is given a month or two in advance so that everyone is on the same page. All three kids go to school at Promontory Heights and drop off/pickup is only a 5 minute walk from our home. This position is ideal for a student looking to make some "easy money", someone who lives on Promontory or someone who just loves kids. I am hoping to have someone 1x a week on tuesdays (or Wednesdays) for up to 4 hours to come in-home to watch an almost 5 year old and 3.5 year old. My daughter is gluten intolerant/allergic and has special snacks, bread etc. we have 1 friendly dog who is senior and sleeps most of the day and a cat who hibernates often but is around. Also friendly. I work from home self employed and will be around (or can go to Starbucks if that is easier) but need some support so I can work uninterrupted once a week.
