I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented house cleaner to help with weekly deep cleaning tasks in my home. Here’s what I need: Requirements: All cleaning tasks must follow the Clean methods. I have a handbook available for your reference. Deep Cleaning Focus: This is primarily for deep cleaning tasks, as I handle regular cleaning on a biweekly basis. Hourly Rate I am happy to pay an hourly rate but will need an estimate of how long each job will take. For example: Cleaning the stove and fridge Washing walls and windows on the main floor Please provide clear estimates when planning tasks. Task Management and Scheduling: You will be responsible for organizing and rotating deep cleaning tasks to ensure they’re done thoughtfully and cost-effectively. I prefer a predictable weekly cost, avoiding large fluctuations (e.g., 6 hours one week, 1 hour the next). Flexibility is welcome during the initial setup as we work out the schedule, but consistency will be key. Use of My Cleaning Products and Equipment: I primarily want you to use my provided cleaning supplies and equipment, though I’m open to discussing if you have preferred tools for specific tasks. Ideal Candidate: Experienced in deep cleaning. Organized and capable of managing a cleaning schedule independently. Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards.
