Looking for a nanny for a 17 year old boy with cerebral palsy and cognitive delays. He is non verbal and communicates through hand gestures and some sign language . He is a very kind and gentle person who loves music and nature. Mainly looking for someone to work 2-3 Saturdays in a month as well as a few afternoons each week. He requires assistance with feeding ( meal prep will be done , will just have to instruct him in when to eat and assist when necessary). He also required some additional assistance with bathroom. He typically keeps to himself in his room but cannot be left unattended for extended periods of hours.

Hello! I am looking for a reliable, caring and patient caregiver for my two year old son. The hours will be 8am-12pm Thursday & Friday. I will be working from home but will stay in my office and not interrupt your activities. But will be here if you need me! A little about my son: He turned 2 in November. Very smart kid! He knows his alphabet, can count to 20, backwards from 10, his colors and shapes. He loves trains, cars, blocks, colouring and playing outside. He has a slight speech delay which we working on. We are also working on his emotional regulation (he can go 0 to 100 pretty quick lol but I think that’s pretty normal for his age) The right person will be warm, comforting and will play with him! Hi, Not sure where to start. We just moved to Chilliwack and are looking for a BI for our 3 year old daughter. She has been at Reach at their ABA program in Delta for the last 2 years. We are trying to setup a program out here and are looking for someone who would be a fit. She is very energetic but can also be over emotional at times which leads to escalations. She recently started putting 6-7 words together in a sentence and has been working on her communication. The BI will work with our Behaviour Consultant on program

Job responsibilities would include meal prep, helping reposition in bed, setting up for independent washing and personal care. Family member very sensitive to extraneous stimuli so need a quiet, calm and confident person. No heavy lifting. Possible live-in arrangements could be made.

Ideal candidate would be an EA looking to further develop their skill-set as a BI or students looking to gain experience working directly with children. Steady work 8-10hrs a week. Some duties would involve picking up from school a few days a week (5min walking distance from home).
