We are looking for a Personal Assistant, that will support two busy professionals and family (3 children, ages 12, 17 and 20) based in Anmore (outside Port Moody) from Monday to Friday. Hours to be discussed. In home: • General home care (connect with contractors, vendors re service needs) • Take care and look after the general welfare of the children • Prepare meals (afterschool snack, lunch, and other meals as appropriate) • Perform light housekeeping • Take care of some laundry, and picking up and dropping off dry cleaning • Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned in the future Out of home: • Work with parents to transport younger children to and from school and to activities, which may include organized sports, music, dance, etc. • Perform errands (household shopping, groceries, pick up children’s equipment, check mail) • Assist in taking care of family pets (arrange pet boarding, pick-up food, medicines, book vet appointments, occasionally take for walks) • Perform any other roles and responsibilities that are typically required by a Personal Assistant Requirements: • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize as there will be the consistent juggle of multiple tasks • Friendly, outgoing, great communication skills • Have a valid Driver’s License and own a car • Due to the nature of this role, and proximity to frequent travelers, proof of full vaccination required • Criminal record check and driver’s abstract required Benefits: • Extended Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) • 3 weeks’ Vacation plus holidays • Gas coverage
