In search of a long-term nanny for our two children, 18 months and 3.5 years, Wednesday to Friday, 0830 to 1730, starting March 26. Responsibilities included: creating and maintaining a safe environment, meal and snack preparation, changing diapers, toileting, supervising and engaging in play, leading fun and educational activities (playground visits, reading, arts and crafts), and possible pickup/drop off to outside activities. Qualifications: 3+ years childcare experience, current CPR and First Aid, ECE certification, resume and at least two references, up-to-date vaccinations, and pass a background check. Must be cat-friendly, non-smoker, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and a clean driving record, and have a strong understanding of child development.

We are looking for a caring and energetic part-time nanny to help care for our 1-year-old and 2.5-year-old. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple young children, engaging them in active play, and planning activities that help them burn energy while having fun. Responsibilities include: -Creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children -Engaging in age-appropriate play and activities -Preparing and serving lunch and snacks -Encouraging children to participate in tidying up when possible -Potential for full-time hours in the future, including preschool drop-offs and pickups A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record would be an asset for taking the kids to community activities. We also live in very walkable neighbourhood and have a large back yard. Daily outdoor play is a must.
