We need someone to watch our kid from 9:30 - 3:30 on his out of school day

Hello! We are saying farewell to our live-in nanny next month, as our boys are getting older. They are 12 and 7, very well behaved boys. Our needs have changed over the years, and now that they're a bit older, what we mostly need help with is someone to be here after school to get them ready for sports (that we will pick up and drive them to), and to help us keep on top of household chores such as laundry, dinner preparations, making lunches for the following day, and light housework. We are looking for someone loving and kind. Though they may not need the kind of attention they did as smaller kids, they still need the safety of a warm welcome home and someone to be there until we arrive home from work. And what us parents need is someone to help keep the house running during the week - from laundry to preparing dinner, etc. We live in North Langley in a home with a large yard that the kids like to spend time in. We have a large breed dog, so you'd need to be comfortable around him. He's a softie and very well trained, doesn't jump, etc. Ideally we're looking for someone who may have flexibility in their schedule to babysit outside of these hours now and again, or help out during school holidays. But not necessary. What is absolutely necessary at present is someone Monday to Thursday, 1pm or 2pm until 5pm or 6pm (to be discussed and is somewhat flexible), with more hours available if you're looking for more. Ideally we are looking for someone who could commit for this school year, as change can be challenging for the kids. Thank you!
