This is a pretty flexible and short term position. Services would only be required until October 30th 2024 and could possibly resume in May 2025.
We own a business and typically work for home. So most days we might actually be at the house or will go into our office in Carleton Place.
Some household tasks might be nice like cleaning up the kitchen, or loading the dishwasher, flipping laundry over but also not necessary.
Our current main goal is for someone to play and spend time with our son. This is mainly so we can get some work done and allow my wife a break and some recovery time from a recent surgery.
He is a very well behaved and well mannered 4 year old that listens very well. He is into PJ Masks, Cars, Paw Patrol and Farming simulator 22 (video game) he loves being outside and playing games. We have a hot tub, lake, trampoline, small playground and large grass area

My husband and I recently welcomed our first children, twin boys! They were premature and spent some time in NICU. We’re all home now, but needless to say, life is a little busy these days.
In order to maintain our sanity we’re hoping to find someone to help out 4-8 hours a week with light housekeeping, some pet care and some minor baby care. The babies are still very fragile so we’ll handle most of the baby stuff for now, but as they get older and stronger hopefully whoever we hire can eventually start to help out with baby stuff too.
We’re located in the Glen Isle neighborhood just outside of Carleton Place. We also have 4 fur babies, 2 dogs and 2 cats. Apparently we do everything in two’s.
