| I am committed to contributing positively to the lives of the elderly, aged and people living with a disability (either physical, sensory, or mental). I have always lived by the principle that everyone irrespective of personal circumstance should live peaceably and get along well in the society. I am recently completed a post-graduate degree in social work which means I have good knowledge of trauma-informed care, strengths based and person-centred approach to client care. I also have a thorough understanding of privacy principles and confidentiality requirements in client care. I have worked with disability support and aged care organizations in the past and I believe my previous experience coupled with any in-house training I may be required to undergo with your goodselves will enable me deliver client-oriented support services if I am given the opportunity. I have worked with support/care organizations targeted at people with special care in the past. Those experiences have taught me (i) the importance of prioritizing client care, (ii) not to compromise the clients’ health on any basis, and (iii) the need to immediately remove hazards from clients.
