I require a trusted person to come and clean my apartment. I had a PA (a cleaner that also did other tasks for me sometimes) but at the end went rogue and stole some money from me. I usually like a weekly clean but the apartment needs a good clean and tidy up today. Other tasks will include bringing parcels up from reception and giving them a wash. You need to be able to attend to detail, follow through on instructions and not have a rush job. I am trusting you with a key and there is ongoing opportunity here so it is both an investment for both of us. This is more of a personal replacement than a ‘random job replacement’.
