Experienced Housekeeper Wanted

Hello!
I’m located in Northcote and looking into having a housekeeper help us fortnightly, possibly weekly.
I’d be interested in what your rates are and if doing the following would be within your scope of work you usually do:
-tidying toys
-tidying up surfaces before cleaning
-changing beds and washing and folding sheets
-folding & putting away clothes
-wash dishes/ stack unstack dishwasher
-general tidy of rooms before cleaning
-deep clean an area each visit, ie oven, or spot cleaning walls.
-then general cleaning, bathroom, floors etc
Our house is 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, 2 living areas.
We are looking to work with someone long term who gets to know our house and we feel comfortable around each other.
