We are looking for a nanny who would like to help us out with 1-2 children. My husband may be taking another job which will involve a lot of travel and I am looking in to other options other than before/after school care. In all honesty my son is in prep this year and has started to have behavioural issues. We are going to see a paediatrician to see what we can do. He is a very loving kid, smart and full of energy. He has a tendency to copy older kids and it can get him in to trouble and he gets upset and sometimes angry and we feel before/after school care might not be the best option for him and he would go better with being drop off and picked up from school. I am preferring to not have to drop hours or stop working all together and so am looking into alternative arrangements. We also have a daughter in daycare, just down the road from the school which at times I can drop off but there may be some times that I need help. Experience and references are a plus.
