Hi. Having recently returned to full time work myself, my husband and I are looking for the right individual to assist us in caring for our children and some household duties. Our girls are 5 and 10 years old and both attend school during the day. The times we require care will vary each day, due to the nature of our work, however we would be able to advise 28 days in advance each month. Ideally, you would be able to occasionally work very early (5am- school drop off) on some days, and also late (evening hours until 11pm) on other days. We anticipate it will be roughly 20 hours per week and include a mix of morning routine, school runs, after school extracurricular activities and bedtime routine. In addition, we would like to discuss the option of light cleaning and assistance with meal preparation. Our girls are well-behaved (for the most part!) and would be well-suited to a fun loving individual. The eldest is smart, compassionate and outgoing- and never stops dancing. The youngest is a free spirit, who loves everything nature and to be outdoors.! Experience and references would be great, but we wouldn’t rule you out just because you’re just starting out. Our eldest has type one diabetes, and you would be expected to undergo some training (by us) in how to best assist her in managing that condition while she is in your care. She self- manages most aspects of that care, and we also assist her remotely from work. First aid qualified is a plus, but again, not a must. We live in the Mooloolah area (30 mins from Maroochydore). If this sounds like something that would suit you, we look forward to hearing from you.
