We have triplet 2 year olds and a 4 year old. I'm looking for help getting the kids into the car on daycare days and so I can do some exercise and come back to a tidy house. Morning shifts are from 7-10. I'm also looking forward some help with the evening routine on some days this would be more like 4-7. This might be a 2 person position in terms of availability. I also need some basic household help in managing some of the weekly activities.

I’m hiring a Mothers Helper for 2 hours a day, 3-4 days a week 6:30am - 8:30am Monday, Tuesdays & Friday’s and (most) Saturday mornings. Just general household duties to help me have breakfast, shower, get the triplet 1 year olds and 4yo ready for daycare (ie dressed, nappy changes, lunch, toast & bottles) some basic cooking (ie put on a slow cooker or make a basic frittata) do the washing / folding and straighten the house up a little. mitigate tense negotiations and avert diplomatic crises with demanding toddlers who want everything immediately without delay and always covet what somebody else wants and only *when* somebody else wants it It would suit somebody fit, energetic, friendly, loves kids, helpful, patient, resourceful, works fast and takes initiative. $25 an hour. Blending into our family routine is more important than childcare qualifications, but would be considered a bonus. It would suit somebody who lives local to Glass House Mountains or hinterland for a convenient drive to help out for this short window of time in the mornings. I’m also happy to job share this role if there’s more than one person who is interested but can only do 1 or 2 mornings ... There is flexibility for rostering off special occasions and holidays and of course unfortunate sick days etc

I have 2 month old triplets that are at a very demanding stage - like any newborn but there are 3 of them! I’m looking for somebody friendly, super capable and who has had experience with newborns and also dealing with multiple young children at once. It can get super hectic so a calm head and resourceful nature is super necessary! Sometimes all 3 are crying at once - which can be stressful but also the silver lining is usually then you’ll get 3 asleep at once. Sometimes they just play tag and then it’s just 1 after the other and no rest in between - changing / burping / feeding / settling ... So you’ll need to be on your toes, energetic and quick thinking.
