Hi, I'm Rhiannon. I am a wife and mom to two daughters with over 19 years of experience in childcare, teaching, and tutoring. I was a stay-at-home mom until my youngest started school and then worked for Columbiana Schools in various roles over the years, most recently as an K-2 intervention paraprofessional. I hold an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and am working towards my Bachelor's in the same major. Thank you for taking the time to look over my bio and I hope to speak with you soon.

I am a recent graduate. My overall GPA is a 3.6. My major was middle childhood education with a concentration in math and science. I am experienced with teaching and tutoring students in urban and rural areas. I have worked on inquiry based lessons. I have tutored students from grades 4 to college level.

Just moved back from teaching in Hawaii for the past three years. I am attaining my master's degree at CSU focusing on mild/moderate special needs individuals. My undergrad is in elementary education and I've been involved with multiple age groups of children in various affiliations performing a variety of tasks and responsibilities. I am always open to new ideas and challenges, as that keeps the day interesting and both the children and I learn something. Though no longer active on any teams, I still consider myself athletic as I practice and play a lot of sports and activities. So I can run with the littlest to the oldest of them and keep up. Experiences include but are not limited to: parenting, teaching, tutoring (private and corporate-sylvan learning), swim instructor, little gym instructor, personal aide, paraprofessional, 1 to 1 and 1:3 aide, child care sitter for evenings or weekend parent retreats, house-sitting, animal caretaking, cleaning, cooking, preparing, laundry, etc. I am an all encompassing individual capable of many tasks and responsibilities. I love to learn in life so that I may apply that knowledge to make life (usually) easier and enjoyable. If you have any questions please contact me.
