We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Nanny House Manager to provide a loving, stimulating, and enriching environment for our 15-month-old child. As parents who work from home in tech, we value creating a home that prioritizes a loving and nurturing environment that fosters learning, development, and hands-on activities in a fun way. The Nanny will be responsible for the child's daily care and maintaining a well-organized household.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Childcare: Provide a safe, nurturing environment; engage the child in age-appropriate developmental activities; encourage curiosity and support growth; implement a flexible daily routine.
2. Household Management: Maintain a clean, organized home; assist with light housekeeping; teach the child age-appropriate chores and skills.
3. Engagement and Learning: Plan engaging, educational, and fun activities; incorporate hands-on experiences; encourage active play and physical activity; expose the child to stimulating materials.
4. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication with parents; collaborate on the child's care, discipline, and education; participate in progress meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of nanny or similar childcare experience
- Strong understanding of child development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs
- Passion for creating a nurturing environment
- Basic housekeeping, meal prep and organizational skills
- First aid and CPR certification
