Looking for part time mother's helper/nanny-hours are flexible, preferably 6-8 hours per day Monday-Thursday, around 10am-6 p.m. (willing to discuss alternative schedule for the right fit!) We're hoping to find someone until end of the year (it is possible we need part time help next year too, but it may look different as our oldest will be starting preschool). We have a 4-month-old boy and a 2-year-old girl. I am a nurse but am currently a stay home mom. I'm looking for an extra pair of hands while I'm home (I want to continue to be a very hands on mom!) and also while I run errands or take one of the kids for an outing occasionally. So, ideally you would be comfortable with both ages and could go between the two as the day unfolds (for example, play with the toddler while I feed and rock the baby, and care for the baby while I get the toddler down for her nap). Looking for a flexible, go-with-the-flow personality to jump between children and do what is needed as it arises. Our toddler is wary of new people and takes multiple play-dates to warm up, so we need someone patient, gentle, and very warm for her!
