We are looking for someone to help care for our 2-year-old and 4-month-old. This is perfect for those looking to make some extra money, not a full time salary due to our strict budget. Our ideal caregiver would have experience with caring for infants and toddlers at the same time, knowing how to split attention between the two and when to prioritize their needs. Our family lives states away, so ideally when our family is in town, our kids do not need care which means we would prefer a care giver that is okay with not being paid if they're not actively with our children. Since we have such a strict budget, we are not requiring any other household tasks other than taking care of the kids. During the spring and summer we only need Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. But come August, we will need care all five weekdays.

Looking for a great nanny for 2 children in South West Las Vegas. Both parents work from home so we'll always be close by to help if needed. We are looking for someone reliable and high energy to keep up with our 1 and 3-year-old. Responsibilities will include but not limited to light housekeeping and keeping children's play area tidy. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car and who is comfortable with pets. Hours will vary but will be anywhere between 26-28 on average per week. We are looking for someone to watch our 4-year-old son 1-2 days a week. This is rotating between Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. There will be some weeks (typically one week a month) no childcare is needed. I would have a calendar for the person for up to 6 months in advance. It's a reoccurring set schedule. The hours would be from 830-430 until the end of May. Then we would be looking for someone when school starts back for 1-2 days a week, but the hours would be from 1230-4. I realize this seems a little crazy but when looking at a calendar its way easier to explain. I'm not interested in any daycares because of the limited number of days. It would be great if there was a mom, grandma or possibly a college student who is great with kids and maybe wants to make a little extra cash.
