Pickup from school at 3/330 and older kid has after school classes M-Th from 4-7 then drop back to home for both. Younger kid gets dropped early at 3. Reliablility / punctuality super needed, own car/ driving experience.

Looking for someone who has the eagerness & energy to care for my 5 yr old son whether I am at home or away. Schedule is very flexible but I would prefer care for him at least 3 - 4 days a week & 4+ hours at a time. He has down syndrome so requires a little extra care & patience. Most the time spent with him would be playing & keeping him company. Otherwise he needs simple cares like fixing his meals & pull-up changes.
