We’re seeking a warm, reliable babysitter for our two young children (ages 2. 5 and almost 4) for occasional date nights and as-needed support. Our daughter (4) is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 2), so experience with neurodivergent children is highly preferred. Ideal candidates have a calm, patient demeanor and a background in childcare, RBT/BCBA, or related experience. Responsibilities include engaging activities, bedtime routines, and light meal prep. Must have reliable transportation and strong references. CPR/First Aid a plus. We’re looking for someone who can be a trusted, consistent presence in our kids’ lives.

We're looking for part-time help three weekdays a week (exact days are flexible) from 4 to 6 p.m. You'd use our car to pick up our two kids (3 years and 6 months) from daycare in the Highlands and bring them home to Cap Hill. We'd also love help with light household tasks like laundry, dishes, and prepping kids meals. When one of us is traveling for work (about once a month), we'll have the option to extend hours to 4-8 p.m. We also frequently need weekend help and would be happy to guarantee a set number of weekend hours if that is of interest. Parking is available on property in front of the house. No pets in the home.
