I have two young children, a 3-year-old and an 8-month-old, who both need attentive care. My schedule requires support mainly during the day, with occasional flexibility in the evenings. The main responsibilities include engaging the 3-year-old with age-appropriate activities, helping with meals and snacks, assisting with naps, diaper changes, and feeding for the baby, as well as light household tasks related to the children. I’m looking for someone reliable, caring, and patient who has experience with infants and toddlers and can provide a safe, nurturing environment.

The girls love to help with chores and will gladly help you sort their socks or wipe the table after snack. Mom’s office is connected to the playroom so help is typically readily available. Since mom and dad both work from home there will typically be one of us home in case of emergency. Must be ok with cats and large dogs

Our 2 boys are hard of hearing (not Deaf). We focus on spoken language with them. We need someone who is patient, has a louder voice or aware of visual cues and getting on their level, etc. to help them hear/understand the best in their environment but they do really well so we treat them as such! We are more holistically focused only interested in natural approaches to health and wellness so we would love to find someone on the same wavelength. Interested in someone to watch the 2-year-old while I teach the 4-year-old for an hour, need to work in the office or run errands and who is also available Friday nights :) Will pay $20 an hour for 1 child and $25 an hour for 2!
