Hi! We are looking for a part-time nanny to start caring for our 1-year-old son in June in south Austin. We need care 2-3 times per week for 4-5 hours. We are open to a nanny-share with a baby of similar age as our son really enjoys being around other babies, but are also considering an individual nanny. Our son is very active, curious, playful, and sensitive and we are looking for someone who is engaging and nurturing. Our last nanny followed RIE philosophy in her approach and was an amazing fit for our family. You must love toddlers, have experience, and be a nurturing and gentle caretaker. My husband works from home most days ands I will be in and out. Pay (for individual care) is starting at $20 per hour but negotiable depending on education and experience. We require references, an in-person interview and paid trial day.
