We need a nanny for our 2 children in New York. And we're looking now!

We are looking for a reliable, consistent and trustworthy nanny to come to our home to attend to our daughter who will be 6 months old by the start time. Duties will also include completing baby laundry weekly, washing bottles and working on tummy time and any milestone related activities daily. Hours needed are specified below but could change from time to time.

The nanny will be responsible for feeding, diapering, and engaging in age-appropriate activities for the baby's development. The nanny must be comfortable around dogs, as there are two at home, and will need to assist with keeping them company, taking out for potty breaks, and the occasional fetch. We have 2-year-old twin girls. Our girls go to daycare normally but there are days where daycare is closed, or the girls can't go due to illness. We are looking for a backup sitter for those types of days specifically! Care would most likely be 2-4 days a month, occasionally more, especially as we head into cold/flu season. We would need someone with availability short notice. We would try to let you know the night before, but sometimes they wake up with a fever and we need someone that morning. We do not expect housekeeping, but light meal prep for the girls would be helpful. We don't have an issue with some screen time, and the girls love to be outside. Even in the cold they love to bundle up for a walk in the sun.
