Seeking Wednesday Morning Support for Grandma in Arcadia My mom (Grandma) cares for my daughters (15 months and 3 years old) Monday through Thursday at her home in Arcadia. On Wednesdays, a friend's 3-year-old daughter joins, making it a lively and fun morning for the girls! While the extra company is wonderful for socialization, Grandma could use some extra hands to help care for the three toddlers. We're looking for someone to cover the bases at home so that I (Mom) can get away to work on grad school homework. We need someone who can help with morning routines, homeschool (minimal, as we aim for 4-day weeks), feeding the kids lunch, etc. Most of the time will be with just 3 of our 4 kids while one is in preschool, but occasionally all of them will be there! Our kids love outdoor adventures, imaginative play, reading books, baking, and helping with projects. We need someone to cover ~16hrs/week.
