My husband and I are looking for someone that can come to our house to nanny our 1-year-old daughter and infant son. My husband's schedule is all over the place so he may come and go throughout the day, and I work full time from home. We also have a very friendly golden retriever.

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Charlotte. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who is comfortable with pets and who has college degree.

No specific care my 3-year-old needs. For my 7-month-old daughter, I'd prefer someone who is more experienced working with babies. My 3-year-old's day consists of playing with toys, watching tv, & practicing writing numbers & letters. Breakfast, snacks, & then dinner time.

You know what everyone around you says they're helping you but they're just not. I need help, I am a mom of two Littles, who used to have it all together and now I just don't. I am desperately trying to get my life back in order and I keep getting my hands slapped by babysitters. I need someone who can handle a boy, he's not a bad kid. He is 3 years old, he'll be four in April. He is just extra large for his size. My husband is 6 foot six, so my son is 3 foot six right now and he weighs over 60 pounds. He's not chubby, he's just tall and big. He looks like your average7-year-old. So when he does your normal3-year-old things it can be hard to handle. I need someone who can deal with tantrums, is OK to put their foot down and say you can't do that. I don't need someone who says they can handle a boy and quits on me a week later because my son threw a toy at them. My son is the epitome of boys will be boys and we are teaching him that it's OK but he also has to learn that it's not OK. It's a very fine line between your age and you can't hurt others. We are looking for someone to come in and embrace him. We don't wanna take away from him and shut him down. He's very very smart and we want him to know that. That being said I just need help, I need help getting to doctor appointments, I need help around the house, I need help getting outside to just go for a walk. We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Batavia. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets.

We are looking for childcare on Wednesdays and some Saturdays with other days and times possible for 3 kids. They are all pretty independent. They just need some supervision and support. We're not looking for crazy housework, just helping to remind the kids to pick up after themselves and any activities you do with them. We do have another sitter but our hours have changed and we're looking to supplement times.
