My 3 year old boy loves trains, Hot wheels, Paw Patrol, and playing outside.
He is very social and is developmentally on target. He knows his colors, shapes, letters, and numbers.
He loves Burlington City Park Playground and could spend his whole day there if you let him.
His favorite color is blue and he likes everyone to know this.
He has a bossy side sometimes and likes to say something 40 times until you acknowledge what he said.
He has books in his bedroom that he loves to read. He has a few that he wants read all the time. The more animated you read, the more he enjoys it.
He loves to go out and play in the front yard. He mows the grass, rides his bike, picks leaves, and draws with chalk. He knows he is not allowed to go any further than the top of hills.
He is still not potty trained, so he needs pull up changes.
He still requires a nap, but he often refuses. We try to put him down around 2pm but if he doesn't sleep, we get him up and let him keep playing.
He is 3 and a half, so he wants someone to play with him and be his friend. He's very social and he speaks in sentences so he likes to talk a lot!
Also being in the threenager stage, he gets emotional quickly. It usually involves him crying and saying the same thing over and over. He may throw things. If he throws something, we put him on the bottom portion of the staircase and in timeout there for 4 minutes to think about what he did. They when he's done, we come together and talk about why he shouldn't have done that. Occasionally he will hit too, but not often. We do the same timeout if that occurs.
We have plenty of parking
We do have pets
Willow- cat- she stays upstairs in her bedroom and doesn't do much. Shes an old baby.
Nala- dog- pit mix- she's very sweet once she smells and knows you. She is getting old and going blind, so she barks at people until they get close enough for her to know they are not a threat. (Putting upstairs away from anyone so she doesn't bother anyone)
Comet- mini Aussie- he is hyper, loves people, may jump, but is a bundle of love. (Putting upstairs away from anyone so she doesn't bother anyone.
Bruce- boxer/pit mix- the best dog to ever live. He doesn't bark. He loves everyone and wants to be their friend. He likes to give kisses.
Rocky- pit- he's new to us, we are still figuring him out. He's hyper and sounds aggressive, but he really likes people once he sniffs you and realizes you're safe. He does not like cats, so we keep them separated.
