We are looking for someone who has early childhood development education/experience. Someone patient and empathetic that can grow with our family. We have two boys, 4 and 2, and we are looking for a long term solution to our busy evenings in Mansfield, TX. We are looking for someone who can come Monday through Friday, evenings (3 p.m. to 7pm) and would be able to help with picking the boys up from school in our vehicle, getting dinner ready, and be present for structured play at the house. There is also many opportunities for additional hours on weekends and trip, which can be discussed as they arise.

Bike riding, dirt bikes, digging in the dirt, art/coloring/drawing, creative projects with play dough and they love all things to do with building whether it's with magna tiles, legos or building forts with whatever comes to mind. Playing and enjoying childhood in a manner that also teaches them order and respect. For ex: they can play but then put toys away, sharing or taking turns if both want the same toy, minding their manners while eating (asking to be excused when done). Consistency is key. The ability to handle loud, energetic boys and knowing when to say 'No'. Kids are very smart and will always see how far they can go to getting their way.
