High energy nanny needed for 3 toddlers, one with special needs. The oldest is 5 he is in school in the afternoon. You would be responsible for getting him ready for school on the bus and off the bus (11:45 and 4:15). The other 2 are 2&3 years old and at home all day. You would be responsible for light housekeeping including dishwasher, meals for the kids, vacuuming and other small tasks we might ask. We have 2 large dogs who are nice but bark. Looking for someone long term, not someone who our babies love and they leave months later.

We need varying weekly help as I am a registered nurse working 3, 12 hour shifts a week on various days and my husband also has somewhat of an erratic schedule. The most needed would be 3 days per week from 6 am-7 pm, but there would be weeks where only 1 or 2 days is needed. We are looking to find someone who can be flexible with our schedules. This is a summer transport/nanny job for a 10yo and 13yo, mainly the 10yo. The core thing we need is transport from various summer camps throughout Minneapolis to their parents' homes (we are divorced and sharing custody) in SW Minneapolis and St Louis Park. It would be great to also have help with getting them to camp in the morning and some household help in the afternoons. The ideal person would be open to an occasional overnight. In other words, this can be as little as a 10hr/wk and as much as a 25hr/wk job. You do have to have your own car and a clean motor vehicle record -- we don't have a spare. 10yo has autism and ADHD; special needs experience is not required but does help. Baseline hours are 3:30-5:30 summer, 4:00-6:00 school year, but we can expand from there.
