I currently have a child, C, diagnosed with ADHD. This disorder has interfered with his learning at school which has caused him to fall behind. Hes very smart but he lacks confidence in his abilities which causes him become full of emotions before completely shutting down.

He is struggling with ADHD diagnosis and anxiety. He gets so far behind and has no hope to catch up. He is in treatment right now and not going to school. Needs to catch up on homework.

Complicated. Ha. My son, T, is currently enrolled as a virtual student at High School via Kenton County's Edgenuity program. He is a straight A honor student. On track to graduate in May 2025. He is accepted at NKU. T is on the autism spectrum. He is very social, very vocal, prone to elopement. He needs a assistance staying focused and coordinating note taking. My mother, his grandmother, has been his guide nearly his entire academic life. He with her all day until I return from work at Freestore Foodbank. Sadly, my mother is entering Hospice. Truly, and heartbreakingly, all wonderful things come to an end. In short, complicated. I am am exploring options and opportunities for my beautiful child. Thank you. mick.

San Jose family needs a part-time tutor for English, Math, Music & Drama, Science. For 11 years old

Hello - We would like to welcome a MALE mentor/caregiver/tutor for my 11-year-old son, A, Monday-Friday afternoons 3-5:30. Would be great if you could start week of November 25 but ok if a week later. The afternoon entails homework, getting ready for sports 1 hour of screen time and play with you! A is an amazing kid who loves sports and video games. In fact he loves them so much that he sometimes has difficulty getting off screens and onto other things. I mention this because helping him with this will be part of the responsibility. Getting homework done, working on school projects and developing and implementing study skills are all part of the job too. He doesn't have much homework but does need help with projects and studying. Experience ADHD kids would be fantastic. I would also like help with meal prep.
