The role involves facilitating a pre-K curriculum provided by parents while fostering a safe, engaging, and joyful environment. Responsibilities include implementing the curriculum, balancing structured lessons with creative play, light cleanup of educational materials and toys, and fostering curiosity and a love for learning. Regular updates to parents on progress are essential. Qualifications include experience with young children, knowledge of early childhood development, CPR certification, references, and a background check. We need someone patient, organized, and enthusiastic to support our daughter's growth.
