Hours are Mon-Fri, 7:15-9:00 AM, and Mon-Thurs, 3:00-6:00 p.m. Mornings: help the older kids get ready for school, pack lunches, and ensure they're out on time; every other week, drop the baby . Evenings: pick up older kids from school, drive them to activities (swim, soccer, tutoring, etc.), and assist with light tasks like homework or dinner prep. Other tasks: pick up groceries, laundry, or dry cleaning, other minor household support. Must have experience with kids under 10, reliable transportation, strong references, and a safe driving record. Competitive pay.

We are a homeschooling family. Mom is launching a business, dad is working full-time. We need support through this busy season: rides to their homeschool program and lessons (within 15 minutes from our house), tutoring the classes they take at home (math, science, language arts -- all curriculum provided), light meal prep, light housekeeping. Most hours will just include the older girls (homeschooling time) OR the youngest (childcare/housekeeping time during nap/quiet time). I would need someone that can fit a car seat and two boosters and can pick up/drop kids off. Our ideal nanny is gentle, not afraid to get outside in all weather, and models a healthy relationship to their phone/devices. Our children do not own devices and are given very minimal screen time.
