We are looking for a patient, engaging, and experienced tutor to help our twin children (age 4, turning 5) build foundational reading and writing skills. Both kids are bright and eager to learn, but they are currently struggling with early literacy and need extra support outside of preschool.
Details:
• Location: Frederick, Maryland
• Schedule: 2 sessions per week (flexible on days and times, preferably late afternoons or weekends)
• Session Length: 45 minutes to 1 hour per session
• Focus Areas:
• Letter recognition
• Phonics and early reading
• Writing letters and basic words
• Building confidence and interest in reading/writing
We are looking for someone who has experience working with preschool or early elementary-aged children. Background in early childhood education or reading intervention is a plus.
